The problem

Job hunting at scale is a full-time job on top of the job you're trying to get: finding postings, tailoring a CV for each one's ATS, writing cover notes, and tracking who replied. JobHive automates the swarm so a person only shows up for the interview.

The approach

A queen orchestrator plans, routes work to worker agents, and recovers from failures, inspired by hive queen/worker patterns. Workers find postings, tailor CVs and cover notes per job, submit applications, scan email for responses, and surface everything on a Next.js dashboard. Scope covers Nigeria and global roles, flagging visa requirements outside Nigeria automatically.
