The problem

Hebron Hotels & Suites, a luxury hotel in Owerri, Nigeria, had no way for guests to see room availability or book online. Reservations ran through phone calls and manual records, so double-bookings were possible, payment was collected only on arrival, and the front desk had no single view of who was booked into which room. Rooms, rates, the gallery, packages, and events all lived outside any system staff could actually edit.

The solution

A full booking website backed by an admin platform. Guests browse four room types, pick their dates, and the site checks live availability down to the individual room unit before taking payment through Paystack. Staff run the whole property from a protected dashboard that covers rooms and their physical inventory, bookings, customers, discount codes, gallery, packages, events, and every enquiry. A built-in CMS lets them edit site content, images, and business settings without touching code, so the marketing site and the booking engine stay in sync.

What it delivers

Room-level availability

Availability is checked against actual room units using date-overlap logic, so a room can only be sold when a physical unit is free for the entire stay. That closes the door on double-bookings.

Verified online payment

Guests pay through Paystack, and every transaction is verified server-side through a webhook before the booking is confirmed, converting from kobo to naira and matching it back to the reservation.

One dashboard for the whole property

Bookings, rooms, inventory, customers, discounts, gallery, packages, events, and enquiries are all managed from a single admin area protected by JWT auth and rate limiting.

Content staff can edit themselves

A CMS stores site content, assets, and business settings in the database, so the team updates rooms, rates, photos, and contact details without a developer.

Customer records that build over time

Each guest gets a profile that tracks total bookings and total spend, updated automatically on every reservation, alongside discount codes for promotions and automated confirmation emails.
